The litigation department does not limit itself to pursuing or defending claims. The objective is to provide a commercially based service that responds to the requirements of the client. In today’s business world, the demand for rapid settlement of disputes has become more intense. The department is able to respond to these needs in a number of ways such as seeking injunctive relief, settling disputes without proceedings, taking proceedings in order to negotiate a settlement or considering other methods of dispute resolution. Pro-bono-publico litigation for needy individuals and matters pertaining to public interest is a must as and when possible for the members of the firm.
